About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and
creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be
responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer marketing
campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and drive engagement, awareness,
and conversions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators
- Develop creative influencer marketing strategies and campaign ideas
- Coordinate campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PR, content, and social media for cohesive campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets related to influencer partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign outcomes and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Preferred:
Experience working with wellness, FMCG or beauty brands
